How do you like this card??? I think it is beautiful and a perfect Wedding card. It was made by one of my Stampin' ladies, Kathy Raney and she shared it with me today at class. I knew I had to get it posted on here to share.
I just love everything about this card.....the delicate doilie of the dress and the sharp point of the tuxedo and the colors.
ENJOY

Year of Cheer DSP Birthday Card
Hello Stampers!
As I write this post, I am getting ready to head to Hartford Connecticut in two days to attend Stampin' Up!'s Onstage conference and am pretty excited. I will get to attend CenterStage Friday before the Onstage event. Meet with stampers that are part of a group I will be riding with and meet new stampers I have never met. Learn new tips, get the new catalog!!!! and have some awesome make and takes. Next week I will post photos and some things from Onstage.
I decided to try out the year of cheer DSP that we had in the holiday catalog. I cut a piece of the starburst paper and sponged it with some of my favorite colors. I took a piece of black Cardstock and put a piece of the adhesive sheets behind it and ran it through the Big Shot with the Birthday thinlits die. It was so easy to adhere the Happy Birthday to the card. I mounted it on a Marina Mist card base. I was going to add some rhinestones, but figured I would save those to add when I actually use the card.....If going to one of my grandsons or nephews, I won't be adding those.

Birthday Card - great for teens
This card I made my great nieces. I sent the first one out since her birthday was yesterday! Whew, on time! I CASED this card from Ann Clemmer, a fellow demo. While we are on opposite sides of the US, we get inspiration from all over. I think it was a twitter feed and I am rarely on twitter. Spending too much of life with family and friends, but I do see tweets from time to time.
The DSP I used is the Picture Perfect DSP 6x6 stack in the Occasions catalog, it is probably one of my favorites ever I have used over half the pack and plan on getting another pack to help with with all the birthday cards I send.
I used the Epic Celebrations stamp set from Sale a bration and the Celebration You thinlits also in the Sale a bration catalog, but those thinlits will be in the upcoming new catalog in June!
I layered the DSP with black and used black card stock for the thinlit greetings too. I glued them on with the Fine tip glue pen. I colored the sneakers in with Wisteria Wonder reinker and aqua painter. The other one I did for my other great niece I colored the sneakers in Pool party and added glue and dszzling diamonds glitter on the shoes.
