Heartfelt Blooms

This is a new kind of stamp from Stampin' Up!   It has a Patent Pending....and It is called a Distinktive stamp. You can't buy this set either...it is a Sale a bration stamp set, FREE with a $50 order.    I didn't need another flower stamp set and had no intentions on getting it.   When I placed my 2nd preorder ( a perk for demonstrators only) I decided to get it for the Greetings! Who was I kidding???!!!

This stamp makes an impact no matter what color you use, if you use layers, or embellishments or not.   Here are a few I did in different colors and styles.

This first card I used Daffodil Delight ink and stamped the flower all over on Whisper White card stock.  I stamped the greeting from Colorful Seasons in Archival Basic Black ink.   No layers and no embellishments.   Super quick and easy.

This next card we made at my class in January.   I stamped the flower image in Bermuda Bay ink on a Bermuda Bay card.   I also stamped the flower image on a white panel in Bermuda Bay ink and placed it on top of a black panel card stock.  I stamped the greeting in Basic Black Archival ink and punched it out with the new Tailored Tag punch and sponged the edges in Bermuda Bay ink and used dimensionals to add to the card and also added some small pearls on either side of the greeting.

I made a bookmark using Bermuda Bay and Smoky Slate inks on Whisper White Cardstock and punched the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper punch, added the greeting in Basic Black Archival Ink from the Stamp Set Artistically Asian and tied some Bermuda Bay Ribbon on top.

This card uses a Tranquil Tide card base and layered Lemon Lime Twist.   I stamped the flower with Lemon Lime Twist ink on Whisper White card stock and used Fine Tip glue to make it shiny on top.    I stamped the dots from the Perennial Birthday stamp set with Crumb Cake ink, stamping off first each time.  I stamped the Greeting, also from Perennial Birthday in Basic Black Archival ink.  I tied some Tranquil Tide ribbon with a knot at the top.

I kept my Tranquil Tide and Lemon Lime inks out for this one.   Stamping the flower in both colors on Whisper White Card stock.   I stamped the greeting from Big on Birthdays with Basic Black Archival ink.   - Next time I will used my Stamparatus to stamp that greeting as it didn't turn out as dark as I would have liked.   I tied some Lemon Lime Ombre ribbon with a knot.

Here are all the cards together.   I made these in about 20 minutes (plus drying time for the Fine Tip Glue).

I hope you enjoyed these cards, they were a lot of fun to make.   Easy and quick.
